I started having meetings with Mrs. Blackwell at the end of my eighth-grade year. I was super excited and eager to navigate high school and the college application and selection process, but I had no clue what I was getting myself into. As a freshman in high school, she helped me choose challenging courses and recommended a summer program that reaffirmed my aspirations of going into the medical field. She also provided me with exceedingly helpful guidance in regards to creating a college list, completing the Common Application, and writing and editing all of the supplemental essays required, keeping me organized and reminding me of upcoming deadlines through it all. Mrs. Blackwell does an amazing job at not only recommending enriching summer programs for younger students and helping with the college application process, but she is also always in your corner with bountiful support. She will do whatever she can to help you become the best candidate for admission, showing you compassion, kindness, and unmatched dedication! I highly recommend Mrs. Blackwell and College Direction’s services as she has not only helped me be admitted to my dream school, but has also become a dear friend of mine.
